Settling / Liquidating an estate

Nichol Services offers a comprehensive set of services to maximize the value of a personal estate while minimizing the efforts of the family or executor (liquidator).  We understand the need to be sensitive and to show kindness, caring and compassion for the families.  We also know how vital it is to respect the property and possessions involved, and to make the liquidation of personal property as easy as possible for executors, and family members.
